Experts in glycan analysis, glycomics and characterization of proteins
and peptides by mass spectrometry and analytical chromatography

Do you need specifically adapted analytical services for the characterization of glycan profiles for your glycoproteins in research and development or in early clinical development?

Are you looking for a partner providing analytical know-how and capacities for glycomics research projects?

We provide customized analytical services for the structural characterization of recombinant or native proteins by mass spectrometry and liquid chromatography. Our main expertise is the characterization of protein glycosylation.
Using specifically adapted glycosylation profiling techniques, our international team of scientists can help you to characterize the N- and O-glycosylation of your protein(s) or peptide(s) of interest or to establish glycan profiles of complex samples using our glycomics approach.

Gain of Time and high Flexibility

icon-4Outsourcing glycosylation analysis to us gives you results within days and leaves more time for your in house team to perform other analyses. Working with us allows you to adapt resources to the project's needs without increasing expert in house human resources.

Increase of Analytical Capacities

icon-3Using our portfolio of complementary analytical techniques for glycosylation analysis allows you to gain deeper and more precise insight into the glycosylation profiles of your target molecules.

Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

icon-2Analytical results are delivered in a confidential report including methods, raw data and data interpretation. We assure the quality, reliability and traceability of our results. Analytical results are the property of our customers.

Financial benefits for our Customers

icon-1Costs are calculated based on the type of analysis and the number of samples. Our service offers are adaptable to your analytical needs and can be tailored to fit into your budget. For our customers in France  PROTEODYNAMICS is accredited “Crédit Impôt Recherche”.
