GENERAL ANALYSIS BY MASS SPECTROMETRY

PROTEODYNAMICS uses both MALDI-TOF-MS and ESI-IT-MS or LC-ESI-IT-MS technologies.

Mass spectrometry is used to perform the following studies:

  • Storage related modification analysis (glycation, deamination, etc…)
  • Post translational modification analysis
    (disulfide bridges, glycosylation, phosphorylation, etc…)
  • Characterization of other biomolecules (phospholipids, synthetic peptides, etc…)
  • Development of MS based quantification protocols
