OUR ACTIVITY

PROTEODYNAMICS is providing biotechnology services and expertise for characterization, validation and purification of proteins and other biomolecules for research or from reference or production lots.

For protein analysis, we propose standard biochemistry techniques such as SDS PAGE, western blotting, lectin blotting, protein concentration, ELISA, analytical chromatography, HPLC, mass spectrometry techniques (MALDI-TOF-MS, ESI-IT-MS, LC-ESI-IT-MS and MS/MS).
Our activity reaches from the standard analysis of proteins and other biomolecules, to the identification of proteins from 1D or 2D gels and the full characterization of target molecules such as reference and production batches, including characterization of post translational modifications.
Among PTM analyses, characterization of glycosylation is of prime importance for the development of a recombinant drug.
Quality, quantity and reproducibility of glycosylation have to be demonstrated from R&D to production of the molecule.
This is why we have developed a set of complementary techniques that allow determining glycosylation at early stage of development. These analyses are based on mass spectrometry (MS) techniques that are approved by regulatory agencies.

Our in house capability in purification of recombinant or native protein provides to our customers global development or step optimization to purify their protein of interest. Purification processes are transferred to the customer for scale up development. Protein batches from your biomass from different origins can be produced at your demand but also for characterization by our laboratory.

Purification and characterization are two specialities of PROTEODYNAMICS. Services can be chosen independently according to the requirements of your project.

We perform our studies compliant to GLP standards. Biopharmaceutical proteins are analysed according to regulatory guidelines (i.e. ICH, Pharmacopeia).

Research and Development

PROTEODYNAMICS in house R&D program is dedicated to the development of glycoanalysis tools allowing establishing N-glycan profiles of patient derived complex samples.
Establishing glycosylation profiles of complex samples (plasma, tissue extracts) in a glycomics approach, allows to discover new biomarkers for diagnosis and to follow treatments of complex pathologies.
We are pursuing this glycoprofiling program in a partnership with specialized public laboratories in France.
