General terms and conditions:

1. Conduct of the study:

Costs for the shipment of samples to our laboratory are covered by the client. Samples shall be sent to the following address: PROTEODYNAMICS, ZATE INSERM U484, Rue Montalembert, 63005 Clermont-Ferrand Cedex, France.

The client agrees to send all material and information that is necessary to conduct the study to PROTEODYNAMICS. PROTEODYNAMICS recognizes exclusive and complete ownership by the client of all biological material and documents that are transmitted by the client.

Reception of the signed quotation, samples and completed sample information sheets is considered as a confirmation of the order. Reception of all necessary items and information by PROTEODYNAMICS defines the starting point of the study.

Study results are sent to the client by e mail and as a signed report by regular mail. Communication of intermediate results especially for complex studies may be agreed upon with the client. Only the signed version of the report has to be considered as the final validated document.

2. Intellectual and Industrial Property:

Each party remains the owner of materials, know-how and other information that was in its possession prior to signature. Results of the study belong in their integrity to the client.

3. Outsourcing:

In case PROTEODYNAMICS outsources parts of the study to specialized laboratories, PROTEODYNAMICS remains sole responsible for the conduct of the study with regard to the client.

4. Legal aspects :

The proposal and all resulting contracts and relations are depending on French law. In case of a persisting disagreement, the court of Clermont-Ferrand (63), France is declared competent.

5. Responsibility of PROTEODYNAMICS:

PROTEODYNAMICS has an obligation of means towards the clients for the execution of the study. Expected results cannot be guaranteed in advance. PROTEODYNAMICS does not grant any kind of compensation, if expected results are not obtained in the study. A final report will be established independent of the result of the study.

6. Payment:

Prices without VAT are given in EUROS (€). Payment of services shall be in EUROS (€) by bank transfer to the account indicated on the invoice or by check, thirty (30) days after establishment of the invoice. An upfront payment payable at signature of the order may be demanded for complex studies.
